Establishment of the “Care Network” to Support Vulnerable Populations
On Thursday, December 18, 2025, representatives of civil society organizations
met to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and officially
establish the “Care – Network of Organizations for the Support of Vulnerable Populations” (hereinafter
“Care Network”).
The Care Network is established as an open, collaborative, and people-centered
framework for cooperation, with the aim of strengthening support for vulnerable social
groups, such as refugees, immigrants, single-parent families, Roma, people at
risk of social exclusion, and other population groups in need of
support.
The following organizations participate in the Network:
– ICSD (International Center for Sustainable Development)
– European Society, Political Expression, Institutions – EKPE
– AMKE ZEUXIS
– AMKE ILIAKTIDA
– KEAN Association
– AMKE SYNYPARXIS
– AMKE FAROS ELPIDAS
through a shared commitment to cooperation, the exchange of expertise, referrals,
joint actions, and the coordination of interventions for the benefit of the beneficiaries.
The Memorandum of Cooperation that was signed establishes the operating principles of the
Network, emphasizing:
• collective action,
• transparency and professionalism,
• respect for confidentiality and personal data,
• and the strengthening of social cohesion.
The Frontoida Network aspires to be a vibrant hub of collaboration, open
to new organizations and entities that share the same values and goals,
contributing substantially to improving the quality of life for the most vulnerable members
of society.
By unanimous decision of the Network’s founding assembly, the following were appointed:

Secretary: Eleftheria Oikonomidi
