Advocacy before the authorities to defend and safeguard the fundamental rights of refugees and asylum seekers, the provision of information, counselling, legal, social support and advocacy services for asylum seekers and refugees, the management of insurance and pension cases of Greek returnees, the study of aspects of the migration phenomenon, the drafting of relevant reports and the preparation of studies and proposals on immigration and refugee policy to the Greek and Community authorities, in order to improve the existing institutional framework, the implementation of actions to raise public awareness on migration issues through the production of special publications and the organization of workshops and events.
