Legal aid for backlog cases of Ecumenical Refugee Program

The project «Legal aid for backlog cases of Ecumenical Refugee Program» was implemented by the Integration Center for Migrant Workers – Ecumenical Refugee Program with the support of Churches’ Commission for Migrants in Europe (CCME). The project focused on granting legal assistance to old beneficiaries of the Ecumenical Refugee Program, either under already recognized refugee status, subsidiary protection and humanitarian status or asylum seekers after the rejection of their family reunification application under Dublin III Regulation.

The duration of this project was from the 1st of January 2018 to 30th of September 2018. The program’s purpose was to serve 100 cases in terms of legal counseling and orientation, legal representation in front of asylum services and legal aid about integration issues and special procedures concerning recognized refugees,
