Safe Summer Enjoyment: Protection from the Sun and Sea

We informed our children about the beneficial effects of the sun, which is necessary for the production of vitamin D and the strengthening of the immune system. At the same time, however, we pointed out the dangers of excessive exposure to sunlight, such as sunburn and the increased likelihood of skin cancer. They learned the importance of using sunscreen, protecting themselves with hats and clothing, and avoiding the sun during midday hours.

In addition, they were given advice on safe swimming, such as adult supervision, not diving off rocks, etc. as well as the importance of protecting the environment. With these guidelines, our children can enjoy the summer safely and create beautiful and unforgettable moments.
