In the context of the 8th meeting of the Network for Dialogue in Barcelona, the General Director of SYNYPARXIS, arch. Panteleimon Papasynefakis, had the opportunity to visit Blanquena University in Barcelona and meet with the Rector of the Department of Communication and International Relations Dr. Carlo Maria Gallucci Calabrese.
The visit took place in the context of the organization’s collaboration with the university for the implementation of a social media campaign aimed at highlighting the needs of refugees. The campaign titled “Rewords” is funded through N4Dialogue by the KAICIID Dialogue Center and features short videos where refugees talk about their needs, the challenges they face and their hopes for the future.
During the visit, the main video of the campaign was presented for the first time, eliciting warm comments from those present. Afterwards, in a particularly warm atmosphere, the General Director, as one of the founding executives of the Network on behalf of SYNYPARXIS, addressed all those present, expressing his joy for the meeting with partners and friends, as he typically said, with whom they worked together for the creation of the Network and its satisfaction for its actions and progress. Finally, he thanked the KAICIID Dialogue Center for its support to the «Network for Dialogue» and expressed his belief that the Network will continue to work successfully to promote intercultural dialogue in Europe.
